2016-2017 оқу жылында «Парасат»» ғылыми-әдістемелік орталығы «Оқу-тәрбие процесінде оқытудың жаңа үлгілерін жетілдіре отырып, жаңа тұрпатты мұғалімнің моделін қалыптастыру» шығармашылық-ізденіс тақырыбымен жұмыс істеді:

Мақсаты: мұғалімнің ғылыми-педагогикалық білімін тереңдетіп, іскерлік шеберлігін арттыру

Күтілетін нәтиже: инновациялық көзқарастағы құзырлы ұстаз

Мектептің ғылыми-әдістемелік жұмысы төменгідей құрылымнан тұрады:

1. «Парасат» ғылыми-әдістемелік орталығы

3. «Болашақ» дарынды балалар орталығы
4. «Жас мамандар» мектебі
5. «Озат тәжірибе» шеберлік мектебі

Мектептің ғылыми-әдістемелік жұмысының негізгі бағыттары:

1. Оқу-тәрбие жұмысының мақсат-міндеттерін, мектептің даму бағдарламасын айқындау;
2. Ұстаздарға әдістемелік көмек беретін, кәсіби шеберліктерін шыңдай түсуіне жағдай жасайтын әдістемелік бірлестіктер, шығармашылық топтар жұмысына басшылық жасау;
3. Ұстаздардың білімін жетілдіру курстарынан өтіп отыруын қадағалау;
4. Педагогикалық ұжымның кәсіби біліктілігін көтеру жұмыстарын ұйымдастыру (оқыту семинарлары, педагогикалық оқулар, тренингтер, дөңгелек үстел, аттестация);
5. Педагогикалық технологиялардың тиімділігін зерттеу, ұстаздардың эксперименттік-тәжірибелік жұмыстарын белсендіру;
6. Озат тәжірибені алмасу, тарату жұмыстарын ұйымдастыру;
7. Мектептің әдістемелік мәліметтер жинағын іріктеу, талдау, жүйелеу, инновациялық үрдістің нәтижелілігіне бақылау жасау;
8. Жас мамандармен жұмыс жүргізу;
9. Ұстаздар мен оқушыларды ғылыми шығармашылыққа баулу.
